DeeAnn's Potato Salad
Ingredients
bullet5 medium russet potatoes
bullet1 small onion, chopped
bullet1/2 cup celery, chopped
bullet4 hard cooked eggs, diced
bullet1/2 cup dill pickles, chopped

Peel and cook potatoes until tender, drain off water, cool, then dice.  Add all the above ingredients in to a bowl.

Dressing

bullet1 cup mayonnaise
bullet1/8 cup dill pickle juice
bullet1/4 teaspoon celery salt
bullet1/4 teaspoon dill weed
bullet1 teaspoon pepper
bullet1/2 teaspoon salt

Pour dressing over potato mixture, mixing lightly.
