Ingredients |

 | 5 medium russet potatoes |
 | 1 small onion, chopped |
 | 1/2 cup celery, chopped |
 | 4 hard cooked eggs, diced |
 | 1/2 cup dill pickles, chopped |
Peel and cook potatoes until tender, drain off water, cool, then dice.
Add all the above ingredients in to a bowl.
Dressing
 | 1 cup mayonnaise |
 | 1/8 cup dill pickle juice |
 | 1/4 teaspoon celery salt |
 | 1/4 teaspoon dill weed |
 | 1 teaspoon pepper |
 | 1/2 teaspoon salt |
Pour dressing over potato mixture, mixing lightly.
