Breakfast Potatoes
Ingredients  
bullet3 cups red potatoes, cut in 3/4" cubes
bullet1/3 cup onions, diced
bullet1/4 cup green bell peppers, diced
bullet1/4 cup red bell peppers, diced
bullet1 Tbsp butter
bullet1/2 tsp parsley flakes
bullet2 tsp garlic powder
bullet1/2 tsp seasoned salt
bulletBlack pepper to taste
bulletOlive oil for frying

In skillet, add oil , fry potatoes until golden brown; drain and set aside.  Sauté onions and bell peppers in butter.  Mix in potatoes.  Add parsley, garlic powder, seasoned salt and black pepper.

 

Serves 4-6
