Ingredients |

 | 3 cups red potatoes, cut in 3/4" cubes |
 | 1/3 cup onions, diced |
 | 1/4 cup green bell peppers, diced |
 | 1/4 cup red bell peppers, diced |
 | 1 Tbsp butter |
 | 1/2 tsp parsley flakes |
 | 2 tsp garlic powder |
 | 1/2 tsp seasoned salt |
 | Black pepper to taste |
 | Olive oil for frying |
In skillet, add oil , fry potatoes until golden brown; drain and set aside.
Sauté onions and bell peppers in butter. Mix in potatoes. Add
parsley, garlic powder, seasoned salt and black pepper.
Serves 4-6
